I’m Sanjiv Pabari and I have been specialising with real estate agencies since 2004. I am an accountant by profession, qualified in both the UK and Australia.

My professional background started with KPMG and Ernst & Young. Prior to my decision to specialise in real estate, I held key posts overseas in the banking industry and Coca-Cola bottling.

I am quite passionate about real estate and helping my clients achieve growth and profitability.

Business is not always about windfalls and riches and my aim is to also keep Principal risk-conscious and aware of things that can go wrong.

At some point or another, a business will hit a speed bump - whether it’s a cashflow crunch, profit decline, tax issue from the past, losing sales agents to another office, office culture issues, HR breaches, property management issues, franchise related problems or the Principal worried about carrying most of the sales, my time is spent working with clients who are in crisis.

I have been a sounding board for over 100 real estate agency Principals in Qld, NSW and VIC and bring a comprehensive understanding and insights into both success drivers and challenges a Principal can encounter.

  • A balance sheet can be hard to understand. We make things easy in a non-accounting manner, so you understand your cash and debt and never face surprises at tax time!

  • ASIC has introduced personal liabilities everywhere - with payroll breaches, GST, Superannuation, PAYG etc. OFT audits can be nasty and we want to guide you towards top notch compliance within your agency
