Our Contracts Management team is trained in NSW, QLD & VIC legislations. And we are ready to step in right away.

As soon as a contract is signed, we will thoroughly check it for compliance before it is circulated.

We know VaultRE, Agentbox, REX, Salesforce, Eagle Software, ReNet, Move2, Box and Dice etc. We will keep this updated daily.

Once checked, we will circulate the contract to solicitors, buyers and sellers. We use your agency’s email or DocuSign.

We will closely track your contracts from signing to settlement. We will keep you and the sales agents fully informed of the progress. If there is a contract ‘fallover’, we will manage this with the Trust team.

Our unconditional procedures involve working with all teams on checking advertising/VPA, confirming deposits, commissions, vendor bank details, issuing invoices, checking conjunctions, etc. We will update your CRM when the contract is legally unconditional.

We will check solicitor letters at settlement and ensure that all contract-related formalities are fully completed. We will liaise with the Trust team to ensure the deposit is fully accounted for and commissions are paid. Our work even extends to sending congratulations letters to buyers and sellers.
